Come join Nutrition Educator, Kiara Oberhaensli for a sampling of Sweets and Treats in celebration of Valentines Day! In this educational class you will learn how to make two delicious treats without using refined sugar. Kiara will also be sampling a colorful salad that will make a great addition to any meal.
