Come join us for our first yoga class that we are offering free to all our current patients, family, friends and anyone else that would like to attend. Gentle yoga is for everyone and those who are willing to slow down and just be and feel good about themselves. The class emphasizes coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance and increase flexibility. Gentle yoga is just being and not doing. Loving what your body can do today and knowing all is exactly as it should be. Class ends with deep relaxation and a guided visualization to help release tension and reduce stress.
