By keeping active in such simple ways as walking, bending and even bouncing, you can keep you lymph flowing. Sedentary actions, like sitting all day, decrease the flow by 94 per cent, according to experts.

2. Hydrate! Clean spring water will help your lymph system too. Notice, we did not recommend soda, just good old H2O
