Our first week of the Bridge to Wellness program went very well. Dr. Kalidas gave a great overall view of health care today and the stumbling blocks to health. One of the main reasons for dis-ease is stress. To teach us how to manage stress we were led into a meditation practice by Elizabeth Cohen and were then taught a 20 minute daily yoga practice. Our challenge was to practice daily and to fill out a 7 day diet diary.
